These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Revelio app. By downloading, accessing, or using Revelio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Revelio is a personal finance organizer that lets you:

  • Record income and expenses;
  • View financial data and reports;
  • Receive automated suggestions;
  • Import and interpret files to automate record-keeping.

Revelio is available on mobile devices and may require an internet connection for certain features to function.

Revelio is not a financial institution, brokerage, or consultancy.

  • It does not provide financial, accounting, or investment advice;
  • It does not guarantee financial results;
  • It does not replace specialized professionals.

Any decision made based on the app is solely the user's responsibility.

3. Account and App Use

Without an account

  • Data stored locally only;
  • No guarantee of recovery if device is lost or replaced.

With an account

  • Sync across devices;
  • You are responsible for keeping credentials secure;
  • Information must be accurate and up to date.

Revelio is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from improper use of credentials.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

AI may be used to generate financial suggestions, analyze behavioral patterns, and interpret files uploaded by the user.

These features are automated, may contain errors or inaccuracies, and should not be considered professional advice.

5. User Content

By entering data or uploading files, you confirm that:

  • You hold the necessary rights over the data submitted;
  • You are responsible for the content entered;
  • You authorize automated processing of that data for the service to function.

Revelio is not responsible for content entered by users or errors resulting from incorrect data.

6. Advertising and Monetization

Revelio is free to use and may display ads. By using the app, you agree that:

  • Ads may be shown during use;
  • Some features may be unlocked by watching ads;
  • Ads may be served by third parties.

Revelio does not have full control over content displayed by third-party ad networks.

7. Third-Party Content

The app may display content, links, or offers from third parties. Revelio is not responsible for such content and does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of third-party services. Any interaction with third parties is solely the user's responsibility.

8. Privacy

Personal data is governed by Revelio's Privacy Policy . The app may collect and process data to operate the service, personalize the experience, and display advertising.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revelio shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app;

  • Errors in file interpretation or automated analysis;
  • Third-party content or services.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the app's operation.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

11. Updates and Modifications

12. Platforms (Apple and Google)

The user acknowledges that:

  • Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the app;
  • These Terms are between the user and Revelio, not the platforms;
  • Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the app;
  • In case of app failure, Revelio is responsible for support.

13. Intellectual Property

All rights related to Revelio belong to its owners. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the app without authorization is prohibited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumer rights provided under applicable legislation remain guaranteed.
